 I saw a quote from the Nixon era "No Ones Above the Law"  I tend to disagree. Everyone's Above the Law. Especially everyone who tramples on our U.S. Constitution. Include all the states who violated our sacred election laws with impunity. That's Right I said IMPUNITY. The Shadowing Black Hole in the middle of the 3 Branches of Government. We call the election. We just pretend not see it and talk around it but it's not going away without a fight.  We have a Zombie President as proof. There are 20 million criminal illegal aliens running amuck in this country. We will have no borders under Biden. We have unimpeded arson, looting and property damage rampant in America's Cities. So when you hear the phrase "No One's Above the Law" take a deep breath cuze everything that follows and you're about to hear is a lie. This person is an idiot with ideology of the Stepford Wives. There are  probably another 20 million elected officials in government who ignore the laws daily. We pay them with deductions from our sweat weekly. Should we be surprised of the patriotic frustration growing in the general public. Is it no wonder that maybe 100 people took back their House for a few hours. They left at 6:00 pm promptly. Does not sound like a mob insurrection at all now does it. People have had enough and enough is a RESET in Directions. We have a Congress that is Unconstitutional a President that is Unconstitutional surrounded by a fence that is Unconstitutional. Government is not above the people. Remember 1968 Democratic Convention, Branch Davidians, Wounded Knee, Kent State May 1970.

 The Tree of Liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the Blood of Patriots and Tyrants. It is natural manure. Not surprising these words come from Thomas Jefferson at a time when they had much bigger fish to fry than Honest Elections and Snow Removal. The tree Jefferson spoke of was watered again inside the Nations Capitol 01/06/21. On this day Biden became president and a Veteran died inside the Capitol.

Well, let's find a scapegoat, put the former President in jail and have another made up Impeachment and continue on. We can get the FBI off their asses and rough a few people up with a cattle prod or taser. Shake down those at the top with threats of prison. Or worse frivolous litigation to ruin their lives in bankruptcy. What if that does not stop the 74 million  gathered outside the fence. What if 74 million people stampede their way again. Will the National Guard quartered in the Parking Garage stop them. Will Police attack  sons and grandsons, friend and neighbors to protect the powerful?  Or will they chose to follow their ancestors?

Back to Steve Bannon. I know it's premature, a bit early but when we return the nation to law and order can we make the politicians accessories to unpunished crimes. I think elected officials would be more vigilant about their jobs if they knew prison might be in their future. In prison they're free to pursue the lazy agenda.

When we have Free and Fair Elections and all our laws enforced, the border protected, politicians and bankers in jail, then you no longer need the fence for protection

If you really want to help the American People, lets start by eliminating income taxes on those who earn less than $50000 annual incomes. Much better than proposed $15 minimum wages. Increasing the minimum wage from $ 7.25 hourly to $15.00 hourly will effectively double the amount of tax collected to the Fed IRS. Regardless of party Congress is a failure in bookkeeping. Since we are running a 28 trillion dollar deficit the interest on the debt swamps your ridiculous $15 proposal. Give us a break Joe. C'mon man!!!! Doubling the minimum wage will only double the cost of living. Reduce taxes and the people win.

I do agree if we reduce pay to Congress to a maximum wage of $15 dollars a much better idea. Same for the President and Vice. $15.00 per hour for Congress better reflects the true value of their worth. Much more cost effective and a extra incentive for them to really serve. Cut Spending in half is the answer, not spend more

Ashli was a 14 year veteran of the Air Force and Active Paramedic was unarmed draped with an American Flag over her shoulders when she died. Ashli  is a true American Heroine. We Will Build a Bronze Statue in her memory to place in the Capitol Hallway where she was executed

Ronald McDonald to Preside at Trump Trial

The US House of Representatives delivered the article of impeachment to the Senate. Prompting some changes from last years failed attempt. This year Chief Justice Roberts will not preside over the Senate Trial. Roberts said he would not be available because his schedule was full. He has commitments for the annual SCOTUS Pancake Breakfast and Picnic at the Lincoln Memorial that day.

Ronald McDonald, Mickey Mouse and PT Barnum were a few names of those vetted for the job. Naturally, Chief Justice would be there if Biden's name appeared on the article. The Constitution Mandates his authority.  Initially Mickey Mouse was considered because Mickey was both Black and White.  Mickey, whose sexual orientation is not known would have been a great choice. With only 3 fingers and toes on each hand or foot  he was later ruled unacceptable. PT Barnum  even though having voted in the last election it was learned is dead. All Americans are encouraged to follow the trial which should equal the famous 1925 Scopes Monkey Trial  in impact to everyday life. 75 million Republicans are not expected to tune in at all. Senator Rand Paul tried to explain why the election was unconstitutional to ABC News.  George Stephanopoulos argued all 50 states certified the Electoral College. All Court Challenges were dismissed and Attorney General Bill Barr flatly stated no election fraud was found. George then called Trump a Liar and later Rand Paul was accused. George was sure 75 million people have been brain washed by Trump and should be cleansed. George's facial expressions indicated the frustration in not achieving full compliance and agreement from Rand Paul.

Rand replied the 50 State Certification is derived from the popular votes. It does not validate the popular vote. It only transmits the information to the Senate January 6th. None of the Court cases filed by Trump were ever heard. All of Trumps challenges were dismissed because of legal term (STANDING) 

Standing does not determine any proof or evidence was valid or invalid. It does not hear the case!  What it means is we don't care, not gonna do it. Why Bill Barr made his statement; no fraud was found may be from all the suits were thrown out aka Standing.  It's really all a enormous Catch 22 and continuation of the biggest HOAX in U.S. History!

 Welcome Leslie Stahl: Welcome to the deplorables. You stood up to Pelosi and said she was obstructing the Covid Relief Bill for 8 months. Nancy quickly corrected the obvious Faux Paux coming from one of her subjects. Leslie disagreed several more times until Nancy's patients wore thin. The camera indicated the rage in Pelosi's eyes as she was humiliated by a commoner. Leslie quickly learned there is no common ground with Pelosi. The Emperor's Clothes on 60 Minutes in clear view.  Presidents Trump's greatest asset in the upcoming Senate Trial is the whole truth. Next will be the unwavering incompetence of the Democrats as a whole. The left may have refined the art of complaining to the highest levels in modern time. A trait applauded from his private sectors corrupt media only. The complaining drumbeat has kept the news coming as Trump chose other formats to enlighten the voters. Trump didn't ask for it to be this way. It was the only way to convey truth without distortions from the corrupt media. Democrats accordingly have ignored discipline, hard work and experience along the way.  We see the results of the first days of Jobama and remember they have had 4 years to plan for this week. Jobama it seems cannot lift himself into the power of the Oval Office.  In light of recent events in Washington DC it's obvious neither party should be trusted. Neither party deserves your vote. If voting is legitimate.  The actions of the Republican Congress clearly demonstrates they will gravitate towards the power regardless of party in control.  I personally voted for people who voted to impeach Trump. Traitors and dealers in power, your power selfishly captured legally under our Representative Republic. Unconscionable greed shown with Trump and now with the Usurper Biden. It's clear we need a new party of the people. The leader of choice for America First is Trump. After all what did Biden do for you his first day in office? Paris Accord, 150 billion Stimulus to Iran or $1600 dollars for each person , Stop the wall, Uncontrolled Immigration, Stopped XL Pipeline 4 higher gas and World Health Organization. ENJOY!!!

What then is the best next step. Should we mingle the Republicans with the New Party or start from scratch. If we start from scratch how will we proceed. State by State or Focus on the House or take the Senate. Attacking 3 branches of government and new federal voting laws would be a daunting task. Smaller steps are in order I think. Attacking the House in 22 and the Senate and President in 24. Starting with Red States First and then Blue. Were 240 years behind but 75 million ahead in voters.

Truth Suppressed or Truth Denied?

 The 1st Amendment guarantees free speech but what about unfounded truth or truth not found. No evidence or evidence undisclosed. Hidden Truth? The Holy Bible says they're all lies. The Truth with a hole is not the whole truth. The American People deserve a trial. The Whole Truth must be revealed or America will continue on a downward spiral. We want answers to allegations of fraud. Only then can America heal and go forward again. Why is there so much resistance to the truth. Simply repeating there is no evidence, there is no proof is just lying by default.

The impeachment trial in the Senate would allow the American people to hear arguments under oath. We deserve to know the truth. My guess is there is so much dirt in Congress that neither party really wants their dirty laundry exposed. For sure nobody's doing anything until The newest Articles of Impeachment are delivered to the Senate. Will the cheap trick Democrats stale mate holding the Articles for months to extract as much political baggage as possible, then declare the process is unconstitutional.

Is there a plot in this Country to remove Biden from office planned in the radical left? Biden out of the way Harris becomes President. Naturally, the plot will be disguised as an attack from right wing conservatives. With Biden gone who wins. The left wins!  The radical left wing Democrat Communists get the whole enchilada. Nancy Pelosi is 2 heart beats away from being President. If anything should happen to Joe Biden a very close look should be investigated. I would never propose any radical aggression against Biden. I stand firmly to remove the entire Biden Administration in the Courts Legally. Congress should pass new State Regulations over Federal Elections and wipe out any perceived fraud.

 Hang on to your gas cap because pump gas is up 40 cents a gallon Today. With Biden's planned changes gas will be back to $4.00 a gallon soon. Any Stimulus money you received will be swallowed at the pump in just taxes All the benefits of the Trump Administration will go full reverse. The economy will respond accordingly. The effects of Biden's legislation will not be felt immediately. The effects of Presidential Orders or reversed Trump Orders will be felt immediately. In any case the campaign lies are as big a reality as the throng of criminals who are convoying now towards our Southern Border. Don't be surprised if Biden grants citizenship or amnesty to 20 million illegal aliens.

More disturbing and predicted by Mitoosense is the news the FBI is vetting our Troops and Police to include only those who voted Joe. All those who voted Trump are terrorist. Effectively cutting the country into pieces. The outcasts will surely outnumber the Biden Loyalist 2 to 1. This makes unity impossible. The Press/ Media is corrupt and the truth may only be found at tabloids such as the National Enquirer. The Bill of Rights is under attack from Biden.

The Democrats will always attack you verbally with Racists Terrorist's name calling. It is hurtful to hear these charges. These are not facts, they're just childish charges coming from a person who has reached the limits of intelligent debate. Without facts they always revert to verbal distraction to confuse the issue. Never debate that which can never be proven . Walk away don't waste your time. They have been putting out that crap for 4 years. 4 Years of lying , burning, breaking windows and shooting the Police.

  Today would not be a good time to defund the Police. The Inauguration and transfer of power is in progress. A good time to honor Ashli Babbitt who was the only person murdered in the Capitol January 6th or history, take your pick. There will not be a big turnout for the transfer of power. Expect to see a lot of cardboard cutouts and paper dolls in the viewing seats. These are the real Biden voters. The Inauguration 2021 is like no other. More closely resembling a Military Court Martial than a New American President celebration. How can you appreciate the beauty of a Christmas Tree wrapped in chain link. The tree is the same. Why then the chain link? What is a Parade without People?  I saw more people gather at John Kennedy's funeral. Washington should keep the troops at the capitol until we see the resignation celebration. Resignation will be a much bigger event.

We toiled not in the acquirements or establishment of them-- Theirs's was the task (and notably they performed it ) to possess themselves, and through themselves, us, of this goodly land;  and to uprear upon its hills and its valleys, a political edifice of liberty and equal rights; tis ours to only transmit these, the former, unprofaned by foot of an invader; the latter, undecayed by the lapse of time and uniform by usurpation, to the latest generation that fate shall permit the world to know. This task of gratitude to our fathers, justice to ourselves, duty to posterity, and love of our species in general, all imperatively require us faithfully to perform.                                                                                                                                              How then shall we perform it? -- At what point shall we expect the approach danger?  By what means shall we  fortify against it-- Shall we expect some transatlantic military giant to step the Ocean and crush us at the blow? Did States Alter Voting Laws Unconstitutionally?

 This question is a slippery slope. It appears the question is somewhat ambiguous. Nevada, Arizona, Georgia, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin and Michigan did pass new legislation changing voting laws. Georgia, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin added or changed voting laws without Legislature approvals. They did both in some cases approve legally or illegally. Because some changes were constitutional does not validate the changes that weren't constitutional.  Regardless, of who you talk at there lies some truth in their words. Not the whole truth but, the truth with a hole. Thus Georgia, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin have a lot of explaining. Arizona violated it's own State Laws which is enough to be considered fraud. Nevada seems to have fallen victim to the counting of ineligible voters in the thousands. Because Georgia, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin did have un-constitutional voting those votes from the Electoral College are not a reflection of the voters. Another slippery slope in America is Electoral Votes are not required to be derived from the popular votes by laws. This means Joe Biden by virtue of Electoral voting is President. If the courts determine down the road the elections in these States were illegal by any measure we encounter another slippery slope of how to deal with this outcome. We received no help from the Supreme Court the first time. I can only hope they will render a ruling in the future. To answer statements "there is no proof or evidence" is pure bunk.  Michigan seems to have followed all the laws. With one exception. How could all those votes for Biden come in at 4:00am and none for Trump. Remember the  Republican election viewers who were denied entry to the counting and certification of votes by armed State Trooper in Detroit. The same Trooper who refused a signed court order and threatened arrest if the did not leave. Laws were broken and proof was denied. Is that legal??? Seem wrong and much worse than un constitutional. The rumors still exist of voting machines used in these mentioned states were rigged for Biden. This is rumor and unproven for a time. Promises of fraud continue from Trump. Along with this slipperiest of slopes are 75 million voters who will not accept Joe Biden as President for reasons stated above. The question remains can you get a Constitutional President from a Un Constitutional Election. We then divide between those who agree or disagree. It seem America will sort this out one way or the other. I agree with Trump. The election was stolen from un constitutional fraudulent voting.  The American Common Ground is agreed to be the US Constitution. First and Foremost. Every law is built upon this agreement. It is the Bedrock of America. Representative Brian Mast Steals the Show

 I refused to watch the debacle at the US House vote for Impeachment. I did catch a clip from Florida Representative Brian Mast who stunned the faithful with a single question. Did anyone question those in the Capitol why they were there. Did anyone questioned say they broke in because the President told them to enter. A very simple question that was never answered. I thought much deeper. Maybe President Trump was not the person who spearheaded the gathering. Maybe Trump was there to protect the Constitution and defend those silenced in the Un Constitutional Election. Trump was there to protect the Constitution not breech Congress. Never has anyone said Trump is wrong about the glaring laws broken. They just continue with a drumbeat of no Proof No Evidence. Minutes before the Capitol was breeched Ted Cruz warned of the possible challenges from citizens robbed of their rights. Did Ted Cruz incite the riot? No Ted Cruz knew what all 535 members knew. It was all about the election. Trump was there to incite peace and reward the people with their Inalienable Rights. The real problem is none of those members thought of the question because they all think the same way (except one) Brian Mast. He is there to represent the people. To see that his voters are protected. Very much like the President had done January 6th.  The Alligator Ranchers in the DC Swamp have Impeached Trump again. In a record time of 7 hours. Talk about a speedy trial. Roll Call in the House Poison in the Senate

Nancy Pelosi must have said Impeachment 3 times and out comes Adam Schiff. My first thought was disgust. My second thought is this is perfect. Let them vote. Let them all tell the American people how many will stoop to any level to attack Trump. Foolishly they believe if we Impeach again Trump will vanish. The impact will only strengthen Trump. The roll call will tell the 75 million Trump voters who can be trusted and who are true communists. Everything that follows a unconstitutional fraudulent election is MOOT. I remember how quickly they gathered on  the Trump Bandwagon when he won 4 years ago. So a vote in the House will expose those we don't want in 2022. In the Senate it takes two thirds vote to remove the President. That means only 34 Senators need to vote with Trump.  (Assuming dead people don't vote) The American people will get a clear picture to vote for in 2022. Trump is being exiled from the American people.  Silenced from social media with his first amendment rights trampled. None of this will stop the truth of Fraud in the 2020 elections. Biden will be removed from office and the real winner will become President. The 2020 election will not stand it will be avenged. Trump for now will return to Mar a Lago and Nancy will return to Sodom and Gomorrah. With every challenge they impose will only prove how foolish these people have become.  The Donnybrook at the Capitol did not sway the Congress to initiate a Free and Fair Election. Congress and many others have chosen to double down on their self imposed silence. They are proceeding in the opposite direction blaming the President who strived to solve the election malfeasance in several states. Trump is only guilty of Inciting Democracy. Distractions of another impeachment will not solve underlying truth. Needless to say 100 million Americans disagree with the decision of total denial. You cannot put 100 million people in jail. You cannot ignore their voice. No gavel will solve this problem. These actions or inactions will only fan the flames of revolution. The Americans who entered the Capitol did not want to be in this position. The Americans who entered the Capitol want/demand Free and Fair Elections. So going forward to remedy our Republic, 100 million Americans are only interested in results concerning the fraudulent election of 2020. First an audit in all states who held elections that did not follow the Constitution. Time is not of the essence. Accuracy is of the essence. The clock ran out January 6th.  Too late is nonsense. Nullify All Electoral votes in the states who violated the Constitution. Select another President from this data. Two; enact new legislation that brings continuity to future Federal Elections. Death Toll Rises to 4 with 52 Arrested. Bloody Biden is President

 The death toll from the Senate Electoral Voting has increased from 1 to 4 people. With theses deaths goes the peaceful transition of power claimed by corrupt media and Zombie Biden Government. In the past year of civil unrest the press/ media was quick to  forward names of those who were at the center of rioting across America. Complete with full blame for the underlying circumstances that caused the rioting. Anyone arrested and charged were quickly lawyered up by the criminals who perpetrated the riot. TV Cameras everywhere to cover the story. Politicians inciting more trouble used these events for political gains. Not this time. We know 2 hundred thousand people or more were at the Trump Rally. Only 52 arrested and 4 dead is 56 total. No attorneys no names and worse no press coverage of who these people are named. Only Press/ Media coverage these people can only be domestic terrorist. The other 2 hundred thousand are what? We now know the name of the woman murdered in the Capitol is Ashli Babbitt. Ashli served four tours of duty with the United States Air Force. She was employed as a Paramedic and 35 years of age, Married and unarmed when she died. Ashli is one of the 2 hundred thousand people attending the Trump Rally. She is most assuredly not a Domestic Terrorist. Unarmed she was executed in the Capitol Building. I can only assume that none of those who entered the Capitol are also not Terrorist. The obvious silence from the Press/Media to inform the people is a coverup propaganda to legitimize the segway to the Zombie Biden Administration. New Normal: The Fighting 74's

 What happened January 6, 2021 at the nations capitol was the first exercise in the new United States  government in America. This is the new normal in America as a unacceptable transfer of power begins. A predictable outcome in a land of free people. I'm not talking about the patriots who for a time took back the People's House.  The patriots gathered was a small segment of 74 million strong citizens whose votes were stolen, stripped of their Inalienable Rights. Stripped away by State Legislatures In Michigan, Georgia, Pennsylvania, Arizona and Wisconsin. Callously Ignored by the Supreme Court. Finally as  elected members of Congress sat silently  a young female Air Force Veteran was murdered in the hallway of the Capitol only steps away. This spectacle the world watched was the result of Democracy Travelling in Reverse. Revolution in full fast forward in response to the anarchy in Washington DC. The Blood of Patriots will be stained forever on the hands of the 3 branches of Government. Our entire government is built on the faith that your vote counts. Before you can recognize the US Constitution and the Bill of Rights First and Foremost is the assurance each vote will be counted once. Sadly, because some votes were stolen. Nobody's vote will count.  This woman who died for her country was not a Domestic Terrorist or Enemy of the State as press/media have tried to label her and others. Electoral College Objections.

 There is nothing written in the United States Constitution that is shameful. The shame comes from those who are elected to Represent the document. What happens January 6th in the Senate Chambers is well within the Constitution that Senators are sworn to protect. If you have nothing to hide then there will be no Surprise. If debate casts a shadow of doubt on this election, the Constitution has performed as expected.  It will be an epic event in American History. The Constitutional Super Bowl of politics.
