Weeper of the House

The new Speaker of the House (R) John Boehner will open new levels of transparency in the 112 Congress .

Citizens will soon be able to log on to CSPAN Congressional Telecast to witness John Boehner's emotions. John's state of composure being used as the current model for State of The Union. Teary eyed would indicate a arise in taxes for people making more than $400,00 a year. Chocked with tears could result in another TARP giveaway to Bankers. Swine markets have tightened the belts of Bush's Masters of Pork Barrel. The daytime TV Soap Operas are bracing for a big drop in viewers with the Boehner competition.

The question on everyone mind is whats he crying about?
He's got a job,($223,500) health care paid, unbelievable full retirement ($60,972 avg) and considerably overpaid. This does not include money from Tobacco Lobby. Kleenex is reported to be considering John as their new national advertising program "A Hanky for a Yankee" spokesman.

Boehner a self described conservative is Pro Tobacco and hand picked to distribute checks from Tobacco Lobby on the floor of the House of Representatives in 1995.

Note: a conservative is against all spending but, favors giving TARP money away. Awards No-Bid contracts to contractors for imaginary aggression of Arab Nations. John Boehner voted for the Bush TARP bailouts on October 3, 2008. Some people continue to reject conservatives with Free TARP for Bankers, GM and Fiat. In their defense, they respond with the $4.oo a gallon gasoline in 2007 as proof of their love of capitalism. Capitalism is for the greedy not the needy. The Buckeye State has also spent $7,874,070,000 of Obama Stimulus Money without a whimper of conservatism.

Boehner is against extensions of unemployment and favors cutting Social Security benefits. Both unemployment and Social Security appear as deductions from your paychecks. John's position is "even though the money is yours GM and Goldman need it more".

In spite of Ohio's high unemployment of 10.5%, well above the national average and home foreclosures not seen since the Great Depression the people of Ohio's 8th Congressional District continue to Re-Elect The Tan Man.

John says he weeps for Americas Children that they may have the opportunities he was given. He weeps for children but the pork all goes to GM, Fiat, Goldman, Citi, AIG and the children they go to Afghanistan when their eighteen. The children sleep in the streets as the Dirty Dozen Banksters hoard their homes with TARP money for resale in better markets.

The conservatives run to the aid of the Car Czars and Bankster bolstering the Stock Market and Housing as wages plummet in illegal immigration and skyrocketing unemployment. This is not the America that John Boehner was given. John's former college janitors job is now performed by illegal free ranging aliens. Tough to work your way through college competing with illegal aliens, John.

The Dream Act provides scholarship money for illegals now competing with law abiding American Children. The world is flush with deserving smart children. In America we say American Children first.

Maybe John's concern is for Mexican Children illegal in the US. 60 Minutes Lelie Stahl should have asked " Do you weep in Mexican or English Mr Speaker................

The Viagra Economy

There are rumblings on the wires of a second stimulus and third bailout are coming. Claims are made, the sales of stocks of Citi Bank, AIG, etc have made money for the US Treasury. Grease to spin the wheels of Congress no doubt. We can expect more rhetoric from Washington of how to create jobs in America. More noble narratives of telling America it's raining while pissing on your leg.

More socialism 2big2fail for the Banksters and Oligopoly Corporation and less freedom for the capitalist workers forced to live in tyranny under The Patriot Act.

Offering the sugar rush of more borrowed debts to stimulate Americas long dead economy. Life support that only turns the wheels of greed, while Congress defiles the worker with "Sober up or Sleep in the Streets".

If we profited so well from giving TARP money away, why do we need to raise our debt ceiling and borrow more money from China. Relax if loaning money to yourself is a profitable form of commerce then we can all quit working and just borrow money. Similar to the Bush Housing Market where nobody paid we just borrowed today for tomorrows that never come.
Has China become the company store? Are we being forced to buy Windmills from China to get Yens for fiance? How can we become independent buying Chinese Junk? Does borrowing money from China to build factories in China really put Americans back to work? Are we addicted to be dependant on the Chinese little blue pills?

One day were broke and told to "Sober up or sleep in the streets" The next day the Treasury announce we made money from TARP. Is it premature to declare victory until all the money is repaid and then adjusted to inflation numbers? Should we be so naive?

If America becomes independent from foreign oil buying windmills from China aren't we going from the fryer and into the fire. Are our leaders interested in creating jobs in America or do they simply cycle our money through the economy to attach fees, permits and bribery to fill their greedy pockets.

We don't have a economy. It's time to stop this nonsense and attach tariffs to foreign products until we achieve a trade balance with each country individually. When we have a trade balance then we should have free trade restrictions lifted.

If our exports fall and the world tumbles into depression at least we all suffer equally and have a chance to rebuild Free Market Capitalism without the 2big2fail Socialism Oligarchy

Windmills Of Your Mind

Here's a good reason not support the Democratic Party. The Obama Administration who campaigned on providing High Paying Green Energy Jobs for Americans has agreed to pay the Chinese shown with Harry Reid 450,000,00 dollars of borrowed Stimulus Money to build a Wind farms in Texas.

This action violates every aspect of the Obama Pledge to bring new green energy jobs to American workers. Clean energy jobs leading us back to prosperity. Stopping the exports of jobs while investing in America. Seems as though we didn't read the fine print as to "which country he intended to improve"

The money from the Stimulus and Recovery Act is borrowed from the Chinese. The Chinese will seize the opportunity of foolish Americans to employ more Chinese Workers build new cutting edge factories and further their Research and Development for new Universities in China. They will also operate the Windfarm in Texas to insure even modest American jobs will not be created.

Maybe we should pack up the Statue of Liberty and send it as part of the deal. How long will it be before Americans immigrate to China to provide slave labor building Railroads in China.

See report below:

By Russ Choma

Investigative Reporting Workshop, American University Investigative Reporting Workshop, American University

Top Democratic fundraisers and lobbyists with links to the White House are behind a proposed wind farm in Texas that stands to get $450 million in stimulus money, even though a Chinese company would operate the farm and its turbines would be built in China.

The farm’s backers also have close ties with Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid, D-Nev., who, at the height of his hard-fought re-election bid this fall, helped blunt congressional criticism over stimulus dollars possibly going to create jobs in China by endorsing a proposal by the Chinese company to build a factory in his home state. Although his campaign received thousands of dollars in donations from the wind farm’s backers and Reid stood on stage with them at a campaign event they hosted, his office declined to answer any questions about the wind farm’s organizers or their plans for Nevada. The wind farm, first announced more than a year ago, would consist of 300 2-megawatt wind turbines, each perched atop a 26-story-tall steel tower and spinning three blades — each half the length of a football field. The farm would span three counties and 36,000 acres in West Texas land best known for its oil. Dubbed the Spinning Star wind farm, the project’s 600-megawatt capacity is, theoretically, enough to power 180,000 American homes and would be the sixth-largest wind farm in the country.

It is being planned by an unusual joint partnership between the U.S. Renewable Energy Group, a Dallas investment firm with strong ties to Washington and the Democratic Party, and A-Power Energy Generation Systems, an upstart Chinese supplier of wind turbines. Filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission indicate the Chinese are bringing financing and the turbines.

1964

I was reminded this morning that we recognize December 8, 1980 as the day John Lennon was murdered in New York. When I think of John, I think back to the British Invasion of 1964. The Indiana State Fair would host the Fab Four in August 1964.

America Graffiti was the Soup of the Day in 1964. Drive In Movies and Drive In Restaurants were common. A&W Root Beer was a favorite. The Beer was the best and the food was brought right to your car. The car was a important part of the culture. Eating in the car was messy even though the food was very good.

If you weren't around in 64 you missed the greatest party ever.On Sunday night we had Walt Disney and Bonanza TV broadcast in color. Television was mostly Black and White. Nobody in my neighborhood had a color TV. We had four channels of free TV. No Cable!!
Color TV tubes were all manufactured in Indiana. The fathers of the kids who lived in my neighborhood all worked in factories of Central Indiana. Western Electric made every telephone in America at the East side Indy plant. Phones were mostly black and most people only had one line. Party Lines were common and cheaper if on a budget. You could not own a phone. You rented phones and lines. Then paid for long distance calls. Long distance could be across the street.

Chrysler had several plants in Indiana making Engine Blocks, Power Steering and Ignition Parts. When the plants changed shifts at Western Electric, Chrysler, International Harvester, Naval Avionics and the Ford Plant you could guarantee grid lock for thirty to forty minutes.

The intrastate highway system had not come to Indiana in 64 but, we had seen plans for how it would work. I'm not sure what they built at the Ford Plant but, it was a huge new plant that also worked three shifts. Naval Avionics was a big secret. They employed lots of people building the Polaris Missile Systems for the Navy.

We had an International Harvester Truck because they had a factory in Indianapolis near the Beech Grove Am Track Rail Yards. Indianapolis was a huge a Rail center also. RCA was another big employer in Indianapolis and we always bought RCA products because it was good for our local economy, same as our truck.

Over on the West side Indy's landscape was swamped in The Indianapolis Motor Speedway, Allison Transmission and Detroit Diesel. They made truck engines and parts for the drives that carried the Atlas Rocket from VAB to the Launch Pad at Kennedy Space Center. In 69 it would put men on the moon.

On the South Side of Indy was Eli Lilly Pharmaceuticals. They worked three shift as well. Chevrolet Plant downtown stamped out truck bodies 24 hours a day. Downtown Indy was home to countless Insurance Companies most located on Meridian Street.

On the North side was Dow Chemical and Marathons Rock Island Refinery that refined petroleum from the Texas to New York buried pipeline. Indy was a big union town and people were paid well. The wealth was spread evenly. Our system was dependant upon everyone buying each others products. It worked well. We had rich people but we also had a strong middle class. All this on top of the agriculture from farms in Indiana's rich soil. Ironically much of Indiana's growth came from Natural Gas discoveries that were now exhausted. Cheap energy equals great prosperity as far as I can see. We enjoyed a forty hour work week where one income supported the entire family. We had Family Values in America

I did some checking and found some other facts from 1964

1. New Mustang first year MSRP $2,368.00

2. New Buick Rivera $4,385.00

3. New Cadillac starting $6,471.00

4. New Corvette Sting Ray $4,037.00

5. Federal Debt 316 Billion Dollars. ( a dollar was worth much more in 64)

6. New Home $20,000.00

7 Gasoline 0.30 cents a gallon.

8. Milk 0.95 cents a gallon

9. Inflation Rate 1.2%

10. Unemployment Rate 5.7% nationally

Other facts from 1964

1 Martin Luther King was awarded the Nobel Peace Prize in Oslo, Norway

2. Congress passed The Civil Rights Act and the 24th amendment to the US Constitution and recognizes Bourbon as a distinctive US Product.

4. Jimmy Hoffa convicted of Jury Tampering

5. Ranger 7 sent back new pictures of the moon.

6. First year for the Mustang, GTO, Stingray, Rivera, Studebaker Avanti and 426 Hemi. Volkswagon startled the industry with an even larger rear window in the Bug.

7. The USS Maddox was attacked in the Gulf of Tomkin and the Carriers USS Ticonderoga and USS Constellation launched attacks against North Vietnam.

8. Plans were released for the proposed World Trade Centers in New York, New York.

I would turn 14 years old in 1964 and foolishly believed that this was the American Standard. Things began to change in 1973. America evidently was outta gas. The Arabs formed OPEC which means they charge as much as the markets will bear for gasoline. Careful not to kill the market but, forcing out other fuels in the economic sweet spot. We were addicts to gasoline. Some Americans became wealthy dealing in foreign Crude Markets. Wealthy at the expense of everyone else. Much the same as Banksters operate today. Bank in 1964 could only operate in one county due to regulations. There wasn't any intrastate banking in America. 2big2fail was not permitted. The Depression Generation was still alive and Banks were regulated in memory of the painful dirty thirties. The boomer generation was warned over and over how lucky we are.

Consumers purchased small economy cars in the 70's. Cars made in Japan were in strong demand and the American Automobile was in jeopardy. Factories began closing, first layoffs then shuttered. In the Eighties Reagan deregulated the Banks and AT&T and Western Electric closed. Western Electric and Chrysler Plant are now cut into small pieces rented as warehouse space. Steel Mills were imploded to eliminate property taxes. The Rust Belt was born.

Many people migrated South to Florida. Florida was booming in Condo Construction and Projects like Disney World. Orlando became a boom town.

President John Kennedy was killed in November of 1963. He is remembered for many challenges. He challenged us to put a man on the moon in ten years. He said all of man's problems were man made and therefore could be fixed by man.

Everything that was here in America in 1964 is still here. Many of the factories are a mere turn key from operations again. Americans haven't been beaten, we gave up. We chose to take advantage of cheap foreign labor markets that thrive in governments without workers rights or environmental standards.

Capitalism markets lumber with the costs of cutting the trees and sawing into boards. It does not consider the cost of replacing the trees. As trees are felled the remaining trees escalate in value. Vast wastelands appear from the missing trees. Soil erosion is not their problems.

When America created the Rust Belt we witnessed the immediate effect of lost jobs. We did not see the long term effects coming.

What we lost in the exchange is decay of society. Little Leagues are replaced with strip clubs. Jobs are gone but so is the research and development plowing the fields for the next generation. Schools are not funded and Colleges become dependant upon the Government instead of the Middle Class that sent their children to Colleges. The sword has two edges and cuts both ways as foreign manufacturing begins to establish their middle classes in fierce global competition.

Families are unable to nurture their children in the estuary of the middle class. Fathers cannot support their own children and the government cannot instill family values because they refuse to Value Families.

Children in schools fail to learn not because they aren't smart enough. America is failing families who once taught their children. Schools are not sanctuary from the systems that deprive children of the nurturing that every living life needs. It's not the building or the teachers failing America, it's greed that destroying test scores in math and science. America is losing it's leadership role in the world because of the absent nurturing the middle class provided in American Graffiti

BB-63

On December 7, 1941 the Empire of Japan attacked without provocation Pearl Harbor, Hawaii. The attack destroyed the American Fleet of Battleships and threw the balance of power in the Pacific Rim in favor of the Imperial Japanese Navy.

The motivation of Japan was America without a Navy would negotiate peace and effectively give them control of the Pacific Islands.

The death toll taken nearly 70 years ago was 2,402 servicemen killed on a bright sunny Sunday morning 8:00 am.

Franklin Delano Roosevelt declared "This Day Which Will Live in Infamy". The America resolve began the construction of the Sleeping Giant that would destroy the Empire and change the world order in the process. On December 8, 1941 America declared War over negotiate. The war effort was the responsibility of all Americans who would work in unison to defeat the Japanese.
One of these efforts was BB-63. On January 6, 1941 the keel was laid for the USS Missouri BB-63 ( Mighty Mo) Mighty Mo was the last of the Iowa Class Battleships built in World War 2. She followed the USS New Jersey, USS Wisconsin and USS Iowa.

The Iowa Class Battleships were 867 ft of American Bad Attitude. The people at the Brooklyn Shipyard had no idea the significance they would play in the history of the world. They worked on her every day for 3 years and 23 days. BB 63 at this point was just one more piece of American Iron destined to fight those who attacked Pearl Harbor.

What secures BB-63 in history is she would be the ship chosen to sail into Tokyo Bay and become the platform that the Emperor of Japan would surrender. All those who sailed her and all those who built BB-63 now had a big piece of American Pride.

BB-63 was a small piece of inventory and yet became so important. The Iowa Class ships were not as big as Japans Battleship Yamato. The Guns of BB-63 were not as large as the Yamato but, Mighty Mo was part of the Battle Group of Ships that would sink the Yamato on April 7, 1945.

Size counts, but Radar proved to be the American Technology that sank the Japanese Navy.

The 66 foot long sixteen inch guns from the Brooklyn Shipyard would hurl 2700 lbs shells a distance of 24 miles at Iwo Jima, Okinawa and later steel yards on mainland Japan. The craters left would be fifty feet across and twenty feet deep.

BB-63 would sail into Tokyo Harbor September 2, 1945 with only a dent from a Jap Kamikaze who attacked her. Still today the only damage ever scored on Mighty Mo. She carried General Mac Arthur, Admiral Chester Nimitz and Admiral Halsey into destiny with the Emperor of Japan.
The Emperor of Japan would sign total surrender to the Iron Will of the American People and the brave emissary servicemen who witnessed the event for the Great Land who built BB-63

She was retired in 1955 after Korea missing the Vietnam War. In 1984 BB-63 was recommissioned and refitted with new firepower and electronics additions. She became a part of the 600 ship Navy that would end the Cold War. The sweet sixteen inch guns would again hurl shells at enemies Libya and Iraq. BB-63 never lost a battle or a war. The steel in her hull was tempered with the resolve of those who built her. Now a floating museum on display. Her guns now as silent as the great people who built and sailed BB-63 into history.

"Sober Up or Sleep in the Streets" Alan Simpson

The Mid- Term Elections have barely passed. In some areas the votes are still being contested. The constant stream of candidates TV commercials are gone. The promises from incumbents, things will soon improve and the great solutions of the newly elected have passed into full blown panic. All this and in only thirty days.

Fear not, things are not much worse. The wheels fell off years ago! Our country is in the same poor condition as thirty days ago. Thirty days ago American voters were being wooed to vote based upon fairy tales that ignored the truth. I hope you didn't believe their election crap. Those in Washington are now merely spinning the truth to prepare for the next election.

Our position is dire, we're broke and the solutions of TARP, Recovery Act, Financial Reform, Obama Care and Bankster Bailouts for The New York Casino have not created a single job. Lowering the Prime Interest rate to zero, Cash for Clunkers and Free Mortgage Money haven't put people back to work. More people who once worked are now living in poverty.

When people go back to work they contribute to the wealth rather than burden the debt. The same people who caused the debt are now screaming we need to be fiscally responsible. The people who spent our money on bailouts now expect Americans to sacrifice and do without to take up the slack in the debt.

Senator Alan Simpson tells us to "Sober up or sleep in the streets" because things are going to get worse. If "Sober up or Sleep in the Streets" was the Republican platform I don't remember the slogan. I think everyone in America should work to make sure Alan Simpson sleeps in the streets with us. Alan Simpson has forgotten whom he works for and answers to. We all remember the infamous Queen of France quoted when the peasants were out of bread, " Let Them Eat Cake". Marie Antoinette was later imprisoned and her head cut off in the guillotine. A bit over the top I'd say or off the top might be better.

Surprisingly, I agree with Alan Simpson let those who caused the problem " Sober up or sleep in the Streets". This is exactly what all Americans wanted when the Banksters were Bailed Out with Bush TARP.

Americans said let GM and Fiat go under. Let them "sleep in the streets" we said. Now we come face to face with the double standard that allows privilege to some while the people who do the heavy lifting in the military and workforce are told to" sober up and sleep in the streets". I only wish we had enough money to get as intoxicated as Congress and Senator Alan Simpson.

Maybe Bush TARP, Obama Care, Financial Reforms and Two Wars were not a pathway to prosperity but a path to poverty.

Our predicament of our Nation is not a product of bad luck. Winning the Cold War was not good luck. Our present situation is the product of our past decisions. We've made mistakes and we are paying for those mistakes.

The task for the voters at this point is to also prepare for the next election. The failed platform of the Obama Administration and the Bush years are behind us. We won't get another chance to fix America until 2012. Basically, I'm sayin start planning for 2012 and write off the next 2 years as a mistake.

We need jobs. America is the worlds largest consumer. Therefore we already have the hard part of any economy solved. We simply need to return to making our own products. American Made is now a big part of our National Security. We cannot continue buying products overseas. Returning Veterans deserve high paying jobs for their service to America.

The US energy problem should be our highest priority and solved first. It's no secret China is ahead of the US in Alternate Energy. The Three Gorges Dam in China is the kind of solution to Americas Energy needs. Building new sources of energy in the US must be on a scale comparable to Three Gorges Dam. Some solutions would be fifty new Nuclear Plants across the nation. Not in ten years either. Next year is 2013. Who can we elect to create millions of jobs and score Enegry Independence simultaneously.

Forty years ago I worked building new factories to produce American Products in the heartland. RCA, Ford, Chevrolet, Chrysler, International Harvester, Western Electric and Marathon Refinery are now all gone. Vanished with the jobs and wealth they created. Restore the American Middle Class and most of our problems will vanish.

My Too Cents

You know, I like toll roads. Pay as you go and only pay as needed. No gas tax. No License Tags. No taxes on tires. Just pay for your use on the road according to the size and weight of your car.

The logic here is why must we have thousands of workers employed in collecting revenue for the same objective. All we need is one person or machine to collect money to pay for our fine roads.

I see the problems as not in the road quality. The real problem is in the accountability in the systems of tax collection for quality roads. Pay as you go toll roads would be an inconvenience to the user, however the efficiency of maintaining our roads will sky rocket. Insuring the most bang for your buck through real cost controls. Tracking the receipts and expenditures is simple for toll roads. We shouldn't need teams of CPA's to tell us where our money is spent. We do need to streamline the way we collect taxes. Roads not used get no funding. Roads traveled receive more money and expansion as needed. The analogy for toll roads may be extreme to the right but, our current systems of collecting money for our roads is a wasteful extreme to the left. We have people collecting for gas tax, federal, state, county, and city . That's a lot of people doing the same thing. Buy a battery or tires, more people. It's insane!!

The Florida Turnpike is a great road and everyone is impressed with the upkeep, safety and cleanliness. I would support a federal license for your car but not a 6"x 12" plate for all to see. A federal licenses for driving would be acceptable as long as it wasn't used for anything but driving records. The registration would be to establish ownerships and insure the tax is paid for interstate travel. States could issue temporary fees for visitors. If adjoining states established reciprocation for State roads that would be OK.
I think people should be responsible for their driving. If you cause an accident then you should pay to repair the other persons car and medical bills. You should not be required to purchase Auto Insurance, cuze we know they never pay. Insurance is for people who enjoy waiting in line and filling out endless paperwork. If you cannot pay then you would forfeit your license and auto. Remarkably that is how we did it forty years ago. People who don't pay are handled in courts. Bankruptcy is an option. Mandatory Auto Insurance is for Joe Stalin.
Now we have mandatory insurance and nobody can afford it cuze their crooks. The state will take your license, tags and jail for not paying your premiums. If your not familiar with this law, eventually you will get to a point where premiums cannot be paid and receive the bad news from your Governor. A good business model today is to have Congress make your products mandatory and threaten with incarceration. This pretty much makes you a quasi monopoly and guarantees huge salary ($24,ooo,ooo) and bonuses ($1,000,000) for your business savy
Florida is being sued for selling Operator's Permit Information to private sector uses.
This information includes your retirement information from the embedded Social Surveillance Number on your State Operator's License. You may not see it but it's there. The importance of the information must be valuable or criminals wouldn't pay for the bribery.

I also like the idea if you don't vote you don't pay any taxes. I think everyone should serve their country. Young, Old, Handicapped should serve 4 years. Starting today. When called to service you serve your country in any number of ways. Possibly collecting money at the toll booth? This way we are all eligible for health care and access to education systems. Everyone would have the same health care and retirements of Congress. I never understood how people without health care or retirement plans provide same for Congress. Makes no sense at all.
Another thing that really burns me is Homeland Security and TSA Workers. Let the Airlines provide security for their planes. The whole cost of the security should be paid by the Airline via ticket prices. This will cause ticket prices to increase ten fold or about what it was before President Reagan's Deregulation. I don't fly and never will. I don't see why I should provide subsidy to those who fly. We provide Airports and the use of the Port is charged for each landing, takeoff and ticket counters. People who fly should pay all costs. People who drive should pay for roads.
I think that schools should be administered locally and without federal intervention. You pay for the schools in your neighborhood and kids walk to schools. Colleges should be open to everyone regardless of age or intelligence. If you have the money and want to take and receive college credits then nobody should be denied. The days of one lifelong occupation are gone. People live longer and technologies are the doorway to new occupations. If you have children when your twenty then you should be accepted at thirty or forty to enter college. We need federal standards for curriculum and minimum standards. No bogus degrees from Matchbook University. No discrimination based upon education. Requiring a four year degree from college should be replaced with a comprehensive test that all are eligible. Proving competency over degrees allows people who already do the job from experience get paid the same as a college graduate in Zoology.
We need to get our government out of our Banking. The Banks have become the unconstitutional forth branch of government. Swiss Banks are separate from the government for five hundred years without incident. We have the FDIC which insures nobody can steal your money except Congress. The criminal have all gone to work for the government. I could never understand how people could get rich in Banking without stealing. I think they do steal and Congress makes it legal.
I think our elected official should be held accountable to the economy. If unemployment is 10% and poverty rate is 14% then Congress should see a 24% reduction in their paychecks. This would give them an incentive to grow up and act adult.
We know there's allot of waste in government and you can witness the abuse at every Post Office and License Branch. Recently we find the USDA was confronted with accused racism and followed through firing an individual without due process. The actions were found to be those of incompetency when facts of racism were dispelled. The person accused of racism was fired the incompetent was allowed to stay. The taxpayer is told, perceived racism is not tolerated but incompetency is acceptable. A few months later 2 thousand people contracted salmonella poisoning missed by USDA and FDA. Racism should not be allowed on a level playing field. Racism is not the work of USDA. We have people at the Justice Department that are also not working and should be the cop on the beat. Justice Department is not involved in rotten eggs as yet. The Justice Department is also failing miserably at controlling our borders and immigration. Same story there. They seem more concerned about profiling than controlling the borders. We have our priorities second to minorities and nobody is working!!!

Thing are worse at the Treasury Department where people at SEC downloaded pornography while the criminal raided the Stock Markets. These clowns at SEC were college graduates dragging down $250,000. a year in compensation. So much for higher education Mr President!

At the Department of Interior they were bribed with hookers and drugs for not enforcing the Laws at MMS offshore oil leases. Deepwater Horizon murdered 11 men at the Macando BP lease.

We need to fire half of our government workers and then hire back qualified people based upon test score. Slowly hiring each year as needed. I think we need to establish new home energy codes nationwide. Each time a house is sold it must be fitted with Solar Panels, Solar Hot Water, Windows and Insulation. No sense buying homes you can't afford to heat and cool. Houses that are foreclosed should be sold or torn down if empty more than ninety days. If Banks want to hoard homes they should pay people to live in the homes until a sale is made.

This may sound like a bunch of crap from a person who knows nothing. If you look at each item you will see ways to reduce spending and increase productivity. I concede, many people in government would be against my ideas. Sadly, I have more.

Reaching for Failure

When faced with complex problems that overwhelm logic it's best to aggravate the situation with stimulus of action, any action. Doing nothing to avoid failure is failure by default. Advancing in the wrong direction is better than no direction. By advancing in the wrong direction you reduce the options by one and always reveal new unseen possibilities.

In the news today is the continued threats from the GOP Caucus they will sell no whine before it's time. The leaders of the Republican Vineyard are whinery experts Mitch and John.
In a letter addressed to Harry Reid they collectively informed the Senate Leader they would block all legislation until the government was funded and the Bush Tax Cuts to the wealthy were extended. Technically all Americans would see their tax cuts extended but, the wealthy get the largest increase because they make more money. The two Republican demands are both about money. Some to fund the federal government insuring they would be paid and all Bush Tax Cuts extended for their wealthiest constituents. Cutting taxes to lower the deficit is self defeating and requires no further comments.
For 2 years Mitch and John have chosen to not legislate and now in control of the House they have chosen again not to legislate. Doing nothing is their platform. They evidently don't liked being disturbed while inactive.
The good news is not passing a budget and allowing the Bush Tax Cuts to sunset this month the government will shut down and the wealthy will loose their Bush Tax Cuts along with all Americans. Sounds good to me, I'm not working, pay no taxes and receive nothing from Uncle Sam. I guess those who survive on the Government Dole are concerned.

The Democrats favor extending the the Bush Tax Cuts but, excluding the richest Americans. You can paint this issue many ways but in the end it's all about the wealthy and their money.

Regardless of Party they both exploit their agendas in the name of job creation. The noble interests of putting Americans back to work clouds the greedy interest of a few. It all looks good but, smells real bad. The truth is regardless of Party or agendas empowered, Americans continue fall into poverty as jobs are exported and illegal foreign labor is illegally imported.
This is the first decade since 1945 that wages have fallen in both times of prosperity and recession. Regardless of growth or exports we go deeper in debt and most of us are rewarded with a lower standard of living. Very similar to economies of pre war Germany when life was very good to those who made the rules.
Life is not that difficult to understand and we all know giving money to some so they will hire me for work in Jobs is ludicrous. Give me the money and I will build something for you to sell is precisely the same logic in reverse. My products of coarse are after I have been paid and received my bonuses. You may then sell the product and receive the scraps of the leftovers and not the meal. It's the way we roll in America presently.
To understand our position take a close look at the Dream Act. The Dream Act is legislation that rewards criminal illegal free ranging aliens in America. The Dream Act has many names and is currently buried in legislation known as the National Defense Authorization Act 2011. It evidently wouldn't pass muster as the Dream Act so they changed the name.
I didn't know they needed authorization to defend America. I was under the impression the US Constitution clearly empowers government to defend America and control our borders.
Basically, The Dream Act is a giveaway program for illegal criminal free ranging aliens to special citizenship.
The requirements are listed below
Qualifications:
1. Must be illegal and deportable alien.
2.Must have received a free High School Education or GED courtesy of the US Taxpayer.
3. Must have arrived in the US illegally as a child
4. Must be guilty of continuously breaking immigration laws for 5 consecutive years
5. Must attend and complete two years of a free college four year degree or two years of military service.
6. Must not be convicted of any crimes (except immigration laws and drugs under thirty grams)
Once you have meet the criteria and hopefully no Ft Hood Incidents you become a citizen and may now pay taxes.
My question are few
1. Why would anyone with a free education and GI Bill want to pay taxes and become a citizen.
2. Why would we want to reward criminal aliens with free education.
3. How many American Children will be disadvantaged by criminal illegal minorities now favored in the system that demands racial diversity over best qualified highest test scores.
4. What about the safety of our troops in uniform. Should they share their uniform with criminals?
