BP Payments of reimbursements to TARP Funds

This is a great opportunity for the Obama Administration to support the people of the Gulf Coast States. Support Main Street as we supported Wall Street

Similar to child support payments from slow paying fathers. The county should collect funds from US Treasury and remove BP from the arduous task of validating invoices. Since BP has proven themselves incompetent in running an oil company, why would we expect them to handle the additional burden of paying all those invoices in a timely manner. Their deceitful credibility is surpassed only by their poor mathematics. Nor do they posses the unbiased insight objectivity to determine which invoices are valid when they have so much skin in the game. Why would anyone trust these people when they have proven to be ethically challenged.
There isn't any downside to BP for slow payments. The Attorney General of the United States of America has the time and funds to represent it's people against gargantuan BP.
The fisherman, restaurant workers and hoteliers are subject to enormous pressures from creditors who demand payment on time. Pay the invoices directly to fisherman and cleaner's from the county government accounts.

Demand the local government submit all bills collectively to the US Treasury for reimbursement from TARP Funds. Similar to the Bank and Auto Industry.
Allow the US Treasury to collect from BP.

Don't allow the fox to regulate the hen house. Take payment authority away from BP and watch how fast this crap gets cleaned up and crude leaking stopped.

This will circumvent biased BP rejection of payment due to paper work violation. Fumbling around with your hands in your pockets will only impede the cleanup. Are the corporate giants afraid they may be over charged the way they raped Americans at the PUMP?

The US Treasury has proven competent in collecting TARP funds so lets use the repaid TARP money to reimburse Gulf Coast Fishing, Restaurant and Hotel Business for instant stimulus of the economy. The American people should not be forced to deal with BP incompetence at Taxpayers considerable expense. Put your foot down and refuse to allow our government to protect a deceitful, lying and corrupt BP the way they protected the Dirty Dozen Banks........
